Terms of Purchase

1. Order Fulfillment and Delivery

  • Order Processing and Shipment: After you place an order on the Medicube website, we will process and ship your order within 1-3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Delivery Timeframe: Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time to Australian addresses is 6-12 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping for all orders to Australia. There are no additional shipping fees or surcharges based on the delivery location or order value.
  • GST for Australian Orders: For orders delivered to Australia with a customs value of A$1,000 or less, 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is included in the displayed product prices. For orders exceeding A$1,000, additional customs duties or taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

2. Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns: You may initiate a return for any products purchased from Medicube within 60 days from the date of delivery, provided that the products are in their original, unused, and unopened condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. This policy operates in addition to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
  • Return Process: To start a return, please contact our customer service team via email: habdul468901@gmail.com. Include your order number, product details, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return procedure, including providing instructions for shipping the products back.
  • Return Shipping Responsibility: Unless the return is due to a defect in the product, incorrect item shipment, or failure to meet consumer guarantees under the ACL, the cost of returning the products to us shall be borne by you. If the return results from our error or non-compliance with consumer guarantees, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon receipt and verification of the returned items.
  • Consumer Guarantee Rights: Nothing in this return policy excludes or limits your statutory consumer guarantees under the ACL. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if products are unsafe, defective, do not match descriptions, or fail to be fit for purpose. These rights apply regardless of our stated return period.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned products (to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria), we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days from the date of successful inspection.
  • Refund Currency: All refunds for Australian orders will be processed in AUD (Australian Dollars), which is the unified currency for transactions to Australian addresses. The refund amount will be equivalent to the total amount you paid for the returned products, excluding non-reimbursable return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
  • Refund of GST: Where GST was included in the original purchase price, the refund will include the GST component for eligible returned products.
  • Refund Delays: Please note that the actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary slightly depending on your payment provider’s processing times. We will not be held responsible for delays caused by the payment provider.

4. General Terms

  • Currency for Australian Transactions: All purchases delivered to Australia are conducted in AUD (Australian Dollars). The prices displayed for all products on the website (for Australian delivery) are in AUD, including applicable GST where required.
  • Order Modifications or Cancellations: If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible via service@mecraube.com. We can only accommodate order modifications or cancellations if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot make changes, and you will need to follow the return process outlined above (or exercise your ACL rights) if you no longer want the products.
  • Product Availability: While we strive to maintain accurate inventory information on our website, there may be rare instances where a product is out of stock after you place an order. In such cases, we will notify you via email promptly and offer you the option to either wait for the product to be restocked (with an estimated restock date) or cancel the order and receive a full refund.
  • Governing Law: These Terms of Purchase shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Purchase or your purchase from Medicube shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may contact the ACCC or your state/territory fair trading agency for assistance.
